Professional and Lawful Conduct

AmericanModel.com provides a service to models, photographers, fashion designers, make-up artists, managers, scouts, agents, agencies and other professionals in the modeling arena. AmericanModel.com shall be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, photographs and/or other materials protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws used without proper authorization from the respective photographer, model or individual who otherwise owns the copyright, as well as material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable in any way.

Copyrights

It is the sole responsibility of all Members (Models, Photographers, Fashion Designers, Make-up artists and others who submit photographs or any copyrighted materials), to have legal authorization to use, post, submit or otherwise transmit photographs or any other copyrighted materials on to the AmericanModel.com Web site and to comply with all applicable copyright and trademark laws. AmericanModel.com is not responsible for a member's misuse of any copyrighted material.

Disclaimer

The AmericanModel.com Web site contains photographs, articles, information, facts and opinions which have been submitted from several outside sources, individuals and organizations. The site is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are imposed by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws applicable to this agreement. Neither AmericanModel.com nor its affiliates endorse or are responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement on the site.

Link Exchanges

AmericanModel.com will, in its best effort, attempt to review or monitor any web sites linked to AmericanModel.com as part of our Link Exchange program. However, when clicking on a link to Web sites outside AmericanModel.com all users acknowledge that AmericanModel.com is not responsible for the content of those sites. Link exchanges with Adult sites is not allowed. Posting of links that lead to Adult Sites or Pay Sites is strictly prohibited and your profile will be removed immediately from this site.

Sexually Explicit Images

AmericanModel.com has a stated policy regarding the posting of sexually explicit images on it's

web pages. Sexually explicit images are not permitted on this site. Sexually explicit images

include but are not limited to images of sexual intercourse, obvious states of sexual arousal

(erections), or overt sexual positions (such as noticably visable or spread genitalia).

Failure to comply with this policy will result in the immediate termination of that member's profile.

Disclosing Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

Pleased be advised that if you voluntarily disclose personally identifiable information (user name,

email address) on a message board, chat room, or other public area of AmericanModel.com that the information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other parties, and shall therefore be the sole responsibility and liability of the member posting such message. Web Site Updates and Notices

As a member of AmericanModel.com, you will receive regular email updates and may also be contacted

by other site members who desire to work with you. As we add new features and services to the site you will be notified about them via email and encouraged to take full advantage of them. This is why it's important to keep your profile current especially your email contact. If an email is returned as an invalid email address, we will make every effort to discover your correct address, perhaps from the Official Web site you've listed in your profile, but if we are unable to locate your valid email address, we will be forced to delete your profile from the system. All user profiles need to be kept current and active!

Consent to Jurisdiction

This User Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to the AmericanModel.com Web site

shall be governed by, enforced in accordance with, the laws of the United States. By using this

site you hereby agree to the terms and conditions listed in this agreement.

Violation of Terms

Violation of these Terms and Conditions will cause termination of your membership without

a refund.
